He's a cooking student at CIA (Culinary Institute of America in NYC). That night he cooked me dinner at his aunts condo in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Which by the way is stunning. It was a really expensive condo. Look at how dark I was. I'm so pale now it's ridiculous.
